Blogmas Day 16 – Christmas at Home Wish List

I’m a huge fan of not only decorating the Christmas tree, but decorating the entire house for Christmas. Tinsel covers most of the picture frames that are on the wall, there are different festive candle holders laying around, figurines, characters that stick to the windows, you get the picture. I’m also a huge fan of lusting over all of the new room decorations that are released every year. Here is my ‘money is no object’ wish list…

I have a couple of little window stickers that I love to put up, and this peeping reindeer would fit in wonderfully! An easy, reusable way to decorate the house, and the outside world gets to appreciate them too. This sweet peeping reindeer is available from Not on the Highstreet for £10.

This light up, musical, wooden village would make a classy and beautiful addition to any room. I’m a total sucker for all of the intricate details included in these kinds of decoration. This particular village is from Dunelm, costing only £15, but is only available to reserve and collect.

Many of these are from Next (one of my fave places) so I’ll keep them all together.

‘Snug’ tea light holder from Next. I mean I do have quite a few festive candle holders already but this is just adorable! It’s also an item that doesn’t necessarily just need to be brought out for Christmas, and could be used all year round. This sweet little piece is £18 and available online or in store.

Santa could be everywhere with a Santa doorstop, £14 and a Santa’s belt doormat for £10. If I could justify having a specific doormat kept only for December, I absolutely would!

This Rudolph vase would be perfect for displaying flowers, or maybe some of those lit up twigs, and is a little different to standard Christmas homewares. It’s a fairly simple little vase but I just love that little red nosed reindeer, and it’s price tag of only £10.

A silver tinsel wreath is exactly what my home is missing this Christmas. This has been the first year I’ve been able to hang a wreath, yay! and I adore my ‘real’ wreath but feel it should be kept company by this sparkling beauty from Next, £18.

My next item is definitely one for a ‘money is no object fantasy’ wish list, as it definitely is NOT something you’ll be able to keep for the next Christmas, in fact it might not even make it until New Years Eve. But, you can’t disagree that this table arrangement isn’t beautiful, with its fresh roses, carnations, eucalyptus and cinnamon sticks. It even comes with its own golden bowl, candle holder and red pillar candle. I find it to be absolutely stunning, and is £35 from Marks and Spencer.

The last item on my wish list is undoubtably the cutest… an Elf laundry garland! The tiny little elf garments on a washing line are extremely sweet, and would definitely bring a smile to anyone who saw them. This elf laundry garland is from Debenhams, and is currently on sale at £9, reduced from £15.

Have you seen any items that would fit in with my wish list? Are any of the items on my wish list now on yours? Let me know!
